Travis Perry

Pretty much self-taught entirely. I bounce between Illustration and Landscapes for the most part, equally loving both. I'm most at home with a pencil in hand, but I'm just as happy with a paintbrush. My landscapes are normally in acrylic on canvas, but I also work in watercolor and pastel. Illustrations are started in pencil and could remain in pencil or move to ink and marker or watercolor or some mixed media. I spent 28 years in the Air Force and ANG, almost all of which I was an Aircraft Hydraulics Mechanic. I worked on KC-135's, C-5's, C-141's, a little on C-130's and F-16's. My career took me all over the world, Okinawa, Diego Garcia, Japan, Saudi, Kuwait, Africa, Western Europe, UK, and Iraq.
