About the Artist:
I’m a US Air Force veteran with service in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam war from 69 to 70. After military service, I had careers in welding, machining, sales and marketing, instructor and guide in mountaineering, alpine skiing, and scuba diving. I retired in 2020 and started a new challenge.i wanted to become an artist, Unfortunately, I am partially colorblind so I use values, shades, and tones to represent what I see. So while the colors in my art may not be true to nature, they are simply a guess on my part. I hope you enjoy my images. I work in acrylic, oil, alcohol ink, and watercolor.
