John F. Davies

I am a fourth generation native-born Californian, a classically trained fine artist, and Marine Corps veteran who served during the Cold War. My works cover the fields of prehistory, wildlife, and military subjects using traditional media. I have been exhibited at numerous venues, and have been published both online and in print. Much of my military artwork covers the Cold War era, which has received little representation in historic art, and something that I am now endeavoring to make right.
